Changing climate conditions always enable us to attract cold or other temporal symptoms on body changes which need time to adopt to the new climate conditions
Foods which we have to focus on such changing period is mandatory. We should not take any vegetables which create cold.
5 Things which has to be considered while Climate Changes
- Do not take any cold vegetables such as ladies finger, tomato, too much onions, spinach, radish etc
- Take tea with ginger & basil to avoid attracting the cold naturaly
- Do not drink ice water or cool drinks which will increase the cold
- Take food after a little warming or heating it, always have a food in warm condition
- Dont store any food in friedge and eat,Avoid eating cooked food which is stored in a refrigerator for more than 1 day
